Sinai developments started as a result of our sister company The Panorama Flea Market which was started almost 26 years ago buying the old Ster Kinekor Drive-in where the market has operated for many years. The drive in was very large and lent itself to development and as a result Sinai developments was born and has grown from strength to strength

The company prides its self on developing good quality housing at reasonable prices. It endeavors to be as ecofriendly as possible using gas geysers and efficient building practices

Overview

Sinai development's has been developing spectacular homes for over 19 years. Although Sinai development's specializes mainly in Sectional Title apartments, we have also successfully completed two cluster complex's as well.

The company started off developing property in the South of Johannesburg, and has grown to the West of Johannesburg.

Sinai development's are continually evolving to produce eco-friendly products and facilities within each of our new and exciting developments in order to be eco-friendly . The interiors will include gas geysers and pre-paid electricity. Exteriors will be magnificent architecture complimented with landscaped areas within the development.
